kentauros 0.9.15

I am proud to announce the availability of kentauros 0.9.15, which fixes a crasher due to an unhandled Exception in case the network is unreachable during a routine connection test (see the Release Notes on GitHub).

An updated package for fedora is already available through my COPR repository.
