This week in elementary + Fedora (2016w48)

The bug in vala <= 0.34.3 and <= 0.35.1, which for some cases caused incorrect .vapi files to be generated during builds (RHBZ#1398738), has been fixed and backported to f25/f26. As soon as the package hits the stable repositories, all that's missing before switchboard-plug-networking builds can resume is a rebuild of the NetworkManager package in f25 and f26.
