This week in elementary + Fedora (2016w49)

A backported fix for the vala bug preventing switchboard-plug-networking from building has been added to f25 and has reached the f25 and f26 repositories. A rebuild of NetworkManager has reached f25/stable and f26, and switchboard-plug-networking builds again (see changelog below for details).
