This week in Fedora (2018w15)

This week, I've pushed an update for dippi and one of my golang libraries to fedora 26+, additionally I've rebased the patch for the Switchboard Power plug to the latest upstream master branch.

COPR updates

I rebased my downstream patch to switchboard-plug-power which removes the dependency on elementary-dpms-helper in the package for the elementary-nightly COPR repository.
