Announcing fedora-rs

I've released the first versions of my new fedora-rs package (fedora on https://crates.io), which provides similar utilities and basic functionality for writing Fedora web service client applications and libraries as the fedora Python package.

For now, a basic OpenID authentication provider is implemented. Support for OpenID Connect and authenticating with the Fedora Accounts Service (FAS) and the Fedora wiki are on the roadmap for the future.
